Television technology is rapidly expanding and there is a new winner every few years. Until recently the plasma TV, then was switched to LCD and these days speaks of OLED began. So which one is better?

Specifications: Since its launch, the Samsung PN42B450 42-inch plasma HDTV has been topping the best-seller charts. After testing it for a couple of days, it is easy to see why (a low price tag helps too). This model is 790p HD model where its display has a 1024 x 768 resolution. For its sound system, it uses the SRS TruSurround HD technology and has 20 Watt in audio power. In terms of connectivity, the PN42B450 comes with 3 HDMI ports, two component video port, a USB port and a couple more standard connectors. It is also quite energy efficient as it is Energy Star Compliant.
Design: The Samsung PN42B450 has an almost all black glossy frame and stand. On the bottom frame (below the screen) there is a streak of dark red that creates a nice accent to its overall look. It measures 41.7 x12.4 x 28.4 inches in dimensions and weighs at 61.3 pounds. Most of the ports are located on the back of the unit. Try to find another 46 “LCD, you get 4 HDMI ports, 70,000:1 contrast ratio, 6ms response time, good and reliable brand attached to it. You can not beat this product cost.
General appearance: Simply beautiful. Black trim all around is building very good (but very thin, of course) with “Touch of Color” function of the advertising plan. Is not as bright as the image of the show is Amazon, however, good lighting, you will enjoy. When I connected the 3 per cent (plus shipping), HDMI cable, all my problems are gone, and the painting was perfect as described above.
Do not hesitate to buy this TV. Not regret it. Now I’m a fan of Samsung.
